Heavy rain and wind on Saturday dispersed agitators of Yoruba Nation at the popular Nelson Mandela Freedom park via Old garage area of Osogbo capital of Osun State on Saturday afternoon. The Nation reports that scores of Yoruba Nation agitators stormed the streets of Osogbo on Saturday after they changed the venue where the agitators ought to gather because of the heavy security presence. One of the leading Yoruba Nation agitators, Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho arrived in Osogbo from Oyo State at 1:40 pm and went straight to where the agitators were demonstrating at Nelson Mandela Freedom Park Osogbo. Igboho got to the venue at 2:01 pm to address the agitators. He was addressing the agitators when the scorching sunny weather turned cloudy at 2:25 pm. BREAKING: Yoruba Nation protest hits Osogbo

By Toba Adedeji, Osogbo biafra agitators Scores of youths under the artist of Omo Oduduwa United have stormed the streets of Osogbo capital of Osun State to agitate for the Yoruba nation. The protesters converged on November 27 bridge in the Africa area, Osogbo for the protest. They marched from the November 27 bridge through Ogo-Oluwa, Aregbe junction, Fakunle, Ola-Iya and Odi Olowo areas. The protesters carried placards, banners chanting secession songs and distributing handbills to people along the streets. They are heading to Nelson Mandela Freedom Park, Old Garage. Nigeria set ammunition against attack The Nation had reported there was heavy security presence in major junctions of Osogbo as men of DSS, Police, JTF, Amotekun and other local operatives were on the ground.
