Afghanistan: Don’t rely on US support to combat terrorism, Buhari told

A Professor of History and International Relations at the Lagos State University, Abolade Adeniji, has urged the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), not to rely on external assistance to combat Nigeria’s anti-terror war against Boko Haram fighters ravaging Borno, Yobe, and other states in the North-East. Buhari had in April called on the United States to consider relocating US Africa Command from Stuttgart, Germany, to Africa, nearer the Theatre of Operation in Nigeria to combat terrorism but the US had said it had  no plan  to relocate the Command. BREAKING: Tension in Modakeke, Ife as five persons brutally murdered

There is tension in Ile-Ife and Modakeke in Osun State as at least five persons were found brutally murder while going to their farm. Sources told DAILY POST that the bodies were found in Modakeke in the early morning of Friday at Toro road. Buhari reappoints Oloyede as JAMB registrar, Rasheed for NUC
