BREAKING | DSS ACCUSED OF STEALING 3M AND JEWELRIES

During the attack, Department of State Services (DSS) operatives raided the Ibadan home of Yoruba Nation activist Chief Sunday Adeyemo alias Sunday Igboho and allegedly carted away numerous items.   One of Sunday Igboho' s aides said that DSS operatives grabbed N3 million and numerous pieces of jewelry from the activist' s bedroom during the incident. The secret police also took away a closed- circuit television box during the raid on Thursday, preventing a repeat of their actions, he alleged. The DSS had previously admitted to being behind the raid on Igboho' s residence, alleging that the raid was carried out in response to intelligence reports that the Yoruba Nation activist was stockpiling dangerous weapons in his home. During the operation, the DSS recovered roughly fourteen items from the house, according to the DSS. BREAKING| Yoruba Protesters Will Understand The Language Of Buhari Tomorrow'- Reactions Trail Yoruba Nation Rally On Saturday

Reactions have trailed the decision of the Oduduwa Republic' s agitators, to go ahead with a pro- Yoruba Nation' s rally, despite a police warning. According to The PUNCH, the Umbrella body of Yoruba Self- Determination Groups, Ilana Omo Oodua, reconfirmed the resolution to go ahead with the pro- Yoruba Nation' s rally on Saturday, 3rd July 2021, amidst recent challenges.   A statement released by the group' s spokesperson, Mr. Maxwell Adeleye, titled, " Yoruba Nation' s Rally To Hold Tomorrow in Lagos– Ilana Omo Oodua" , charges the police to safeguard the protest from being hijacked. Read part of the statement below " Our rally scheduled to hold on Saturday will still hold without any fear or intimidation and we promise to be peaceful like we have always been. " We have been peaceful, orderly and lawful at everywhere we have visited, therefore, we call on the Lagos State Police Command to ensure that the rally is not hijacked by hoodlums. "
